MEET NICK  

I grew up in Reston, Virginia, before earning my degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. My career began in corporate merchandising with Williams Sonoma and Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco, where I learned the value of strategy, presentation, and understanding consumer behavior. Although the industries are different, those same principles continue to shape how I serve my real estate clients today. From preparing a home for market to developing a pricing strategy or negotiating the best possible outcome, I believe thoughtful planning and attention to detail make all the difference.

Real estate is a lifelong passion of mine and brought together everything I enjoy most: business strategy, marketing, design, negotiation, and - most importantly - working with people. It quickly became clear that this was the career I was meant to pursue. I launched my real estate career with a luxury boutique brokerage in San Francisco, where I was honored to be named Rookie of the Year in my first year and later became one of the office's top-producing agents. Today, I’ve returned ‘home’ to Washington DC where I'm proud to serve buyers, sellers, and investors throughout the DMV area.
